Update12/27/2024: The Government has issued three amendments. Offerors must download, complete and return signed copies of all three amendments along with the completed solicitation. The submission deadline is extended to 12/31/2024 as of Amendment 0003. The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase of seven JSTOR journal collections per the below attachments A22 - W912EK25Q0010 Solicittion (PDF) and A02 – Attachment A - All Required Journal Titles (MS Excel file).

Questions must be submitted to the below points of contract no later than 2PM CST on 23 December 2024. NOTE: Before publishing this notice to SAM, the Goverment amended the solicittaion to make administrative changes to the requirement description. Changes are indicated in Amendment 0001, attached below, by yellow highlighting (additions and revisions) and strikethrough (deletions).
