(Bid openning on Sepetmeber 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM CT) MISSISSIPPI RIVER BASIN, NAVIGATION AND ECOSYSTEM SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM MVR CENTRAL MOORING CELLS - Lock and Dam 14 & 15 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District, has a requirement for NESP – MVR Central Mooring Facilities/Cells - Lock and Dam 14 & 15. This work includes, but is not limited to:

construction of a sheet pile mooring cell downstream of Lock and Dam 14 - Hampton, IL and LeClaire, IA and one mooring cell downstream of Lock and Dam 15 - Davenport, Iowa; including the mechanical dredging and disposal, metal sheet piling installation, armor plating, painting of hydraulic structures, PCC fill, solar-powered machine lights, and stone protection.
