Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services to support the Military and Interagency and International Services (IIS) Program, Seattle District (NWS), Northwestern Division (NWD). AE Services for Military and IIS project efforts primarily within the District’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) but may be used to support work by other Districts in the Northwestern Division or other locations.

This is a recurring requirement for NWS consisting of multi-disciplinary engineering and design work to support the Military and IIS program. A-E services under this acquisition may include project initiation, plan development, project definition, or requests for proposal (RFPs) with full design including specifications, drawings, and other engineering services for design-bid-build contracts and/or design-build contracts for subsequent construction.

Services may also require design support services during construction, and other services as required by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services. The MATOC is awarded with a five-year base period and a two-year option period for a total of 7 years if the option period is exercised.
