US Army Corps of Engineers - Seattle District, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract per FAR Part 13.106(b)(3) basis for the brand name product Shell Panolin S5 Grease EAL A600P 1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.

Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition of this requirement in the future would be advantageous to the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
