NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Construct Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington W912DW24R10QY SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for an Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing Barracks, located at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington.

As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirement: Brand Name - Domestic Hot Water (DHW) CO2 Heat-Pump System Domestic Hot Water (DHW) CO2 Heat-Pump System manufactured by Lync. Only One Responsible Source - Lync - Required *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 1:00 PM PT on 13 September 2024 to mary.a.hesser@usace.army.mil, and curt.d.stepp@usace.army.mil.
