Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CSI ETABS Software & Maintenance - CANCELLED

This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is cancelled. The acquisition will no longer pursue a sole source strategy to fulfill requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI), 1646 N California Blvd, Ste 600, Walnut Creek, California 94596-7456 upon the basis of the authority provided at FAR 13.106-1(b). The Seattle District seeks to procure the following from CSI:

(1) CSI ETABS Nonlinear Software License Key (Qty:

2) (2) CSI ETABS Maintenance (Qty: 2) The government will not post a solicitation. The government intends to proceed with this single source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $47 million. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by demonstrating clear and convincing evidence of their abilities to meet all requirements, and that competition of these requirements in the future would be advantageous to the Government. Any responses to this notice shall be submitted NLT 10:00 AM PDT, 30 August 2024, to londres.medranda@usace.army.mil. Responses must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE code, business size, and UEI number.

Oral or telephone communication will not be accepted in response to this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Responses to this notice will not be considered as a response to any solicitation, a request to be added to a prospective offerors list, or to receive a copy of any solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
