The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District is seeking manufacturers pertaining to 24v Electric Film Reeler motor for an existing firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract titled Agricultural Research Service (ARS) National Clonal Germplasm Repository, Lewis Brown Research Farm screenhouses/greenhouses, Corvallis, Oregon. Products/systems must comply with FAR provision 52.225-12 and FAR clause 52.225-11 as referenced below. Applicable NAICS are:

335312 Motor and Generator Manufacturing GENERAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 24v Electric film Reeler motor must be able to roll up shades on screenhouses without impacting shade clearance horizontally and vertically.

BUY AMERICAN STATUTE REQUIREMENTS: The 24v Electric film Reeler motor must comply with Provision 52.225-12. Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials Under Trade Agreements, and Clause 52.225-11, Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturers and/or suppliers responding to this announcement shall verify that the products/systems satisfy the general requirements indicated above 24v Electric film Reeler motor must be able to roll up shades on screenhouses without impacting shade clearance horizontally and vertically. A catalog cut of the items with technical specification demonstrating compliance are requested to be included with the response.

In addition, please provide cost and place (State(s)) of manufacture for each item. Responses should be submitted to the indicated point of contact with company name, address, and point of contact including phone number and email address. Request responses be provided no later than 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) 10 May 2024.
