Furniture for Pentagon Control Tower and Fire Day Station

The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if there are enough vendors capable to provide furniture for the Pentagon Control Tower and Fire Day Station in Arlington, VA in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). In addition, this market research tool can be used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation.

This is projected to be a small business set-aside; all small business set-aside categories will be considered. Attached is the DRAFT of the statement of work for this requirement, to allow for a better idea of work to be expected. It is subject to adjustments as necessary.

Description:

1. Provide office furniture for Pentagon Control Tower and Fire Day Station, Building HPFS1 at 100 Boundary Channel Drive, Arlington VA 22202. The building is designed for (5-10) personnel. The building requires furniture in the open office space workstations, free standing workstations, private offices, locker bench, conference tables; training tables, chairs, occasional table, break room furniture, storage, filing, drying rack, and table for laundry room. The contractor shall perform the requirements of this SOW in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and industry standards. Please see attached Draft SOW for further information.

2. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238390, with a size standard of $19.0M. The PSC associated with this requirement is 7110, "Office Furniture."
