THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. Solicitation number W912D0-24-R-0016 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05, Effective 22 Apr 2024. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 811310,Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance , with a size standard of $12.5M.

Defense Health Agency (DHA - MEDDAC) needs fire extinguisher inspections and certification services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The requested services are necessary to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable fire extinguishers that supports the customer’s mission. The only requirement are Inspection tags with 1st year inspection completed, must arrive no later than August 31, 2024, and extinguishers need to have a manufactured year of 2024 which is included in the Salient Characteristics.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued as: 100% Small Business Set Aside. To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, quotes must provide all the items and quantities listed below. The Government will not consider quotes or offers for partial items or quantities.
