**AMENDMENT 00002 Augst 29,2024** The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

Question: In your file Attachment 1 Price Book Elevators FY 24-26 are some errors, e.g. CLIN 0001 and CLIN 1001. It does not access the correct cell or sum Answer: We did also find the error here as a result an updated Spreadsheet will be uploaded.

2. Incorporate changes Attachment 1 Price Book Elevators FY 24-26 V08292024 As a result, the closing date has been extended to 6 September 2024 at 10:00 am CET **AMENDMENT 00001 Augst 12,2024** The purpose of this Amendment is to post the Question and Answer that were asked during the site visit. As a result, Attachment 4 was added to answer the questions. The closing Date remains the same.

RFQ Original The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Elevator Systems at U.S Army Garrison (UASG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is on or about 24 September 2024. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.

Central European Time (CET) on 07 August 2024 interested vendors shall inform Sebastian Gotzmer, Contract Specialist, Sebastian.Gotzmer.LN@army.mil , Aaron M. Ritter, aaron.m.ritter.civ@army.mil of their intent to attend the site visit and include the full names of all attendees.

Only 2 representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit. b. Site visit attendees are required to be at the main gate of Clay Kaserne no later than 08:45 of the scheduled date. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections. c.
