Maintenance and Repair of Multiple Separator System USAG Wiesbaden, Germany (OCONUS)

**AMENDMENT 00007 May 16, 2024** The purpose of this Amendment is to eliminate c (5) and e (5) under Subfactor A. As a result, ADDENDUM FAR 52.212-1 and ADDENDUM FAR 52.212-2 have been updated to reflect those changes. As a result, the Solicitation was extended until 3 June 2024 at 10:00 am (CET) **AMENDMENT 00006 April 29, 2024** The purpose of this Amendment is to address errors that were discovered in the Price Book.

The Drains at Building #1657 (2.25m^3) that where listed in the 1st and 2nd Option Years have been removed as this Service is no longer required. RFQ Original The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Multiple Separator System at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) option years.

Proposed performance start date is on or about April 15, 2024 The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the emptying, cleaning, inspection, repairing and transporting of residue disposal for petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) separators, mud traps, oil tanks, drains and rainwater retention basins, water treatment plans, grease separators, potato starch separators, and septic tanks, and wastewater pump stations at USAG Wiesbaden. The regular preventive maintenance will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.

Respond by Date: 5 April 2024 at 1000 CET Germany The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Payments will be processed through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
