Southern Fenix 2024 Chile Bus Transportation with Drivers Amended 22JUL2024

22 July 2024 AMENDMENT - The 410th CSB, requires Leased Buses with Drivers in support of Southern Fenix Exercise 2024 - Chile. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide bus transportation services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS).

The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall accomplish services in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Contractor shall provide leased buses with driver. All vehicles and systems shall be in excellent mechanical condition and fully operational. The Contractor shall provide buses not older than four (4) years old unless approved by the US Government.

Buses must be in compliance with all local vehicle and / or transportation regulations during the entire period of contract performance. All buses will be equipped with all required safety features, to include seat belts; serviceable spare tire, jack and tire tools, warning devices (such as a warning triangle) and no front windshield cracks or breaks.

Contractor shall provide non-personal services to the Government with bus transportation services at the locations and dates specified in Table 1 and IAW with Southern Fenix 2024 - Chile Performance Work Statement (PWS) - as of 22 July 2024. Dates and Places of Performance: The contractor shall provide Bus Transportation Services during the period of 20 August 2024 – 13 September 2024 and within the areas of Aeropuerto Diego Aracena, Iquique; Fuerte Baquedano, Pozo Almonte; Downtown Iquique, Chile; Drop Zones (DZ) Gorilla and Hausler, Pozo Almonte, Los Condores Air Force Base, Iquique; and Aeropuerto Arturo Merio Benitez, Santiago.
