INFANTRY SQUAD VEHICLE ? Interim Contractor Support (ICS) and Total Package Fielding (TPF) Market Survey

The Product Director, Ground Mobility Vehicles (PD GMV) is conducting a market survey for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) and Total Package Fielding (TPF) support for an estimated period of three (3) years. ICS includes maintenance, training, and supply support for fielded Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV) platforms. TPF is the Army?s standard materiel fielding process for new and modified materiel systems. This process is designed to provide new systems to the using units as a coordinated package of end items, support items, and technical documentation in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 770-2. The Army anticipates an estimated period of performance through June of 2028.
