The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation W912CH-25-Q-0009 is to extend the solicitation closing date from 17 February 2025 to 05 March 2025 at 4:00 PM Local Warren, MI time. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to solicitation W912CH-25-Q-0009 is to extend the solicitation closing date from 03 February 2025 to 17 February 2025 at 4:00 PM Local Warren, MI time. The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of the Waste Closure Assembly. This solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0009, will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the procurement of the following:

FAT: Required There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code D, limiting access to Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only. The offeror is responsible for obtaining all drawings and specifications associated with this solicitation. In submitting a proposal, the offeror agrees that all specifications and drawings necessary to manufacture the item(s), as provided in the Technical Data Package, have been obtained and reviewed.

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.

Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal. Please submit one copy of your offer, in accordance with Section A of the solicitation, to be considered for award. Proposals are due no later than 20 March 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days following the offer due date.
