Laser Cutting Machine Solicitation Requirements: -Laser Type: Fiber Optic -Laser Power: Contingent on meeting maximum material thickness as specified rate -Nominal Cutting Area: 60”x120” -Machine Footprint Not to Exceed: 428”x206”, Offers shall submit layout with proposal to confirm that all components will fit within the DTA PIF available floor space. -Steel Cutting Thickness Capability: 1” @ >= 30”/minute -Stainless Steel Cutting Thickness Capability:1.5” @>=6”/minute -Aluminum Cutting Thickness Capability:>= 1.5” @>=6”/minute -Dust Extraction kit : Required for both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials -Dust Filtration: Required for both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials -Access to cutting table: Side and front loading access required -AutoLoading apparatus: Required -Proposals shall include the cost of freight, and machine rigging, and training at the Detroit Arsenal. -FOB Destination. -Machine delivery not to exceed 8 months after award. -A priced option for a two-year maintenance plan for the machine shall be included. -A priced option for a nitrogen generator shall be included; Minimum requirements include:

Storage capacity: >=100 CCF (Centum cubic foot) Air inlet Pressure: >130<150 psi Nitrogen Purity: >=99.99% with supporting documentation System Compability: must work with CLIN 0001 laser, and a Bystronic ByStar 6kW CO2 laser.
