As part of its market research, the Government is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of manufacturing the M11 Small Arms Storage Rack, NSN: 1095-00-897-8755, QTY: 117 each. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of the Government’s market research.

No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are not quotes on which the Government can issue any contract. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought Notice. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned.

Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice. Not responding to this Sources Sought Notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitations, if issued.
