PM LAV System Technical Support Solicitation

Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a new sole-source ten-year Cost Plus Fixed Fee requirements contract to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CAGE Code 98247) which will be subcontracted the Original Equipment Manufacturer General Dynamics Land Systems – Canada (GDLS-C). This requirement is in support of the Program Management Office Light Armored Vehicles (PMO LAV) for System Technical Support services.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

A technical data package is not available, solicitation attachments are available based upon a need to know determination. GDLS-C is the only known qualified source to perform this effort. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
