36 each M88A3 Heavy Equipment Recovery Combat Utility Lift and Evacuation System (HERCULES) vehicles and associated Authorized Stockage List / Initial Stockage List spares.

The Government solicits a proposal for up to 36 M88A3 HERCULES vehicles, repair of Defective Government Material (DGM) and up to four sets of Authorized Stockage List (ASL) spares from BAE Systems, Cage Code: 06085, on a sole source basis. The Technical Data Package is source controlled by BAE and is non-competitive. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this action, is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
