Amendment 0003 to solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0020. **NOTE** The purpose of this amendment is to re-solicit from 100% small business set-aside to full and open competition. Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W912CH-24-Q-0020, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following:
