Award Notice of 125 Dell Laptops 1TB

This action was to support the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) for the procurement of brand named Dell Laptops that were competitively solicited and purchased on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order under the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. CHESS is the Army's primary source for information technology (IT) hardware, software, and services.

These licenses were competed amongst the CHESS authorized resellers under one award order. Therefore, satisfying the publicizing of contract action in accordance with AFARS 9-4 and AFARS 5139.101-90 Policy. 125 QTY Dell Latitude 5540 (5550 substituted since 5540 is phasing out), 1TB See attachment for specs/salient characteristics. Evaluation criteria: The Government will award a contract to the offeror’s proposal based on LPTA (lowest price technically acceptable). All salient characteristics/specs must be met.
