Award Notice of Atlassian, JFROG, and SonarQube Software License Renewals

This action was to support the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) for the procurement of brand name Atlassian, SonarSource SA SonarQube Enterprise, and JFrog Enterprise X software that will be competitively solicited and purchased on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order under the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

CHESS is the Army’s primary source for information technology (IT) hardware, software, and services. These licenses were competed amongst the CHESS authorized resellers under one award order. Therefore, satisfying the publicizing of contract action in accordance with AFARS 9-4 and AFARS 5139.101-90 Policy. This action was for the procurement of brand name software license renewals:

These licenses will be competed amongst the CHESS authorized resellers under one award order. Pricing must be ALL INCLUSIVE of items listed and shipping/delivery, and fees. Government does not pay tax. Verify ALL items in the attached specifications provided are listed on the quote (SEE ATTACHMENT for details) Period of Performance:4/21/24-4/24/25, changed to 4/16/24 -4/15/25 per amendment. ALL SOFTWARE MUST BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED.
