HHS Inspection Services RS Kerr and Broken Bow Powerhouses

Provide weld inspection services and reporting for the identified fracture critical members (FCMs) on hydraulic steel structures (HSSs) at two locations. Inspections must include visual testing (VT) by a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) as well as nondestructive testing (NDT) by a certified technician. NDT must be magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), or ultrasonic testing (UT), as specified in section 2 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Provide an inspection report detailing the findings for each inspected HSS in accordance with section 2 of this PWS.
