Software Integration Lab - Notice of Intent Brand Name Honeywell Enterprise Integrator Control System

In accordance with Section 888(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17) (Public Law 114-328) as implemented by Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(c)(2), the justification and approval (J&A) addressed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.303 is required to use brand name or equal descriptions for the Honeywell Control System in the firm-fixed price construction contract for the Software Integration Lab at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

The Software Integration Lab will be constructed within Building 9201 which uses the Honeywell Control System. Installation of Honeywell Controls allows for compatibility and the ability to monitor controllers and control devices from a single interface. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00AM Central Standard Time on 25 February 2025 to brian.j.welch@usace.army.mil.
