The purpose of Amendment 0003 to W912BU26BA016 is to provide RFI questions and responses, extend the solicitation closing date to 15 June 2026 at 3PM EDT, and add 30 days to the delivery schedule of Option Line Item 0002 to make it a total of 120 calendar days.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 to W912BU26BA016 is to provide RFI questions and responses and to include drawing 84121R-ARCH (COVER) PROFILE.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to W912BU26BA016 is to update the SOW, found in Section J, to include the correct address for the pre-bid vessel inspection. The pre-bid vessel inspection will take place on 14 May 2026 from 1300 to 1500 CT at Michoud Assembly Facility, 13800 Old Gentilly Ln, New Orleans, LA 70129.

The Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to procure services for drydocking, maintenance and repairs for the NASA Barge Pegasus in accordance with all specifications.

BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: The award will be made to the lowest priced Bidder who is determined to be responsive and responsible.
