This procurement action is for Transportation and Disposal of AFFF formerly stored for use on the Dredge McFarland.

Period of Performance: 30 days after contract award. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, published 25 April 2025. Clauses and Provisions are available online at https://www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside100% for small business under NAICS Code 562112- Hazardous Waste Collection. The small business size standard is $47,000,000.

Quotes shall be emailed to Noelle Griest at noelle.c.griest@usace.army.mil and Domenic Sestito Jr at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil no later than 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, 07 August 2025. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. Please contact the Contract Specialist, Noelle Griest at noelle.c.griest@usace.army.mil for information regarding this solicitation.
