This Solicitation, W912BU25QA009, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below:

This procurement action is for ALCO Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engine parts for use on the Dredge McFarland.

Inspection and Acceptance: At Delivery.

Period of Performance: Delivery shall be no later 14 days after date of the award. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, published 25 April 2025. Clauses and Provisions are available online at https://www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside100% for small business under NAICS Code 336611- Ship building and Repairing. The small business size standard is 1300 employees.

Quotes shall be emailed to Noelle Griest at noelle.c.griest@usace.army.mil and Domenic Sestito Jr at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM EST on Monday, 09May 2025. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. Award will be made based on the lowest quote meeting the technical requirements.
