The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, requests letters of interest from PRIME CONTRACTORS interested in performing work on a potential Commercial Services Solicitation for Title Report Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Honolulu District, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.

Project Description: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide title reports on forty (40) different land parcels located in various areas on Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to complete title search and reporting.

At a minimum the contractor shall complete a title report for each parcel, which will be provided to the Government as they are completed. Title reports shall determine all rights, interests, encumbrances, description, and derivation on all the land parcels. The estimated period of performance is 120 days. Magnitude is $40K – $90K Interested PRIME CONTRACTORS should submit the following:

Name of the firm, to include address, phone number and point of contact. Firm’s UEI Number and CAGE Code, and expiration date in SAM.gov. Indicate whether your firm is a large business or small business. If your firm is a small business specify all applicable socio-economic categories per FAR PART 19. Narrative demonstrating capabilities in performing title searches of Oahu, Hawaii parcels and compiling a report of rights, interests, encumbrances, description, and derivation on land parcels.

Narratives shall be no longer than two (2) pages. Email responses are required. Responses are to be sent via email to kristin.e.schultz@usace.army.mil no later than September 4, 2024, 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
