Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

Facility Rental for UCIC NAICS Code: 531130 for Lessors of Miniwarehouses and Self-Storage Units Product Service Code (PSC): X1GD Lease/Rental of Open Storage Facilities Description of Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Champagne Properties (CAGE: 8HXW2) under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) soliciting from a single source.

Requirement Description: The Government requires facility rental space in close proximity to the main office to support ongoing operations.

Sole Source Justification Summary: Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by RFO 12.102(a) will be used for the requirement for storage facility rental within a 1.5 mile radius of the UCIC-MCX Compound in Branson MO. Champagne Properties is the lessor of the only known source capable of meeting the Government's requirement because of the proximity to the Office.

Notice Instructions: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All information received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. Interested parties may identify their interests and may submit a capability statement to the primary contact email by 7:00 AM CDT, 09 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
