The U.S. Small Business Size Standard is $45M. the work includes channel widening and straightening for approximately 0.9 miles of Prairie Creek in downtown Russellville, AR (from currently 20 ft wide to 60 ft wide at project description. Work also includes the removal and replacement of bridges at Parkway Avenue and Commerce Street in downtown Russellville, demolition and removal of existing uninhabited structures and the relocation of electrical utilities at select building locations along Prairie Creek.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the name of the RFP pdf document from RFP_W9127S24R6005_Prairie Creek to RFP_W9127S24R0005_Prairie Creek. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet, Site Visit Briefing Slides, Revised Bid Schedule, Revised Plans and Revised Specs. The proposal due date has not changed. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to revise the NTP date of 06 September 2025 to 21 May 2025 under 2.1.8 Project Schedule and Duration.

The NTP date is still for proposal purposed only and must not be construed as the receipt of actual NTP. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to incorporate ProjNet Questions and Answers and Updated Solicitation Attachments
