The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Doble Engineering Co (cage: 94856) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The Intent of this contract is to provide rental services for M4100 Insulation Analyzer with M4200 Controller Base. Includes A one year base plus four option years.
