Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District (USACE) is soliciting for services to maintain existing riparian plantings at the Chumbley and Cottonwood Island wildlife mitigation sites in Cowlitz County, WA. This is a non-personal services requirement. The contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the terms of the contract and as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a Single Award Task Order (SATOC) contract with a five-year ordering period from the date of award.

For 2026, USACE has already identified the acreage requirements for the Chumbley and Cottonwood Island sites as described in the 2026 Task Order PWS. The 2026 Task Order will serve as the Seed Project and satisfy the minimum guarantee. It will be awarded in conjunction with the SATOC award. The approved environmental work window for Cottonwood Island is from 15 June to 31 October. The Contractor is not allowed to begin work before 15 June for the protection of a heron rookery. See the attached Synopsis/Solicitation and supporting documents for additional details.
