COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N25Q0013 Yaquina Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 22 January 2025 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N25Q0013 to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to perform repair, rebuild, and machining services as described in the Performance Work Statement (attached). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed. This is a firm-fixed price contract.

The Contractor shall ensure that all work performed is in accordance with the most current rules and regulations. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to machine and overhaul, one (1) gimbal hydraulic cylinders, two (2) hopper door hydraulic cylinder, one (1) overflow hydraulic cylinder, and one (1) swell compensator cylinder. Provide labor to machine down the rod eye on two (2) draghead hydraulic cylinders and (2) gimbal hydraulic cylinder.

Remove old spherical bearing on rod eyes and machine bore a new TOR 35SF56 - plain spherical bearing or equivalent size. COR shall verify equivalent before installation.

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electric) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 million.

All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
