US Moorings Gutter Work

This is a commercial procurement to provide cleaning, repair, and prevention services for the gutters on identified buildings at the US Moorings. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for this procurement is 238170 Siding Contractors with a size standard of $19 Million. The solicitation containing the complete combined synopsis/solicitation and performance work statement are attached with this notification.

This solicitation has been amended to extend the due date to 16 August 2024 at 2:00PM PDT and to set up a site visit that has been scheduled for 13 August 2024 at 9:00 am PDT at the US Moorings at 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210. There are no other changes to this requirement.
