Notice of Intent - Physics Lab (MSETS Electronic Lab)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to place brand name specifications in new construction and sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects at Redstone Arsenal, AL in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all information received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to include these proposed brand name specifications based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached NOIs for the proposed Brand Name Specifications.
