ECSO Unrestricted Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

Pre-solicitation Notice: W9126G23R0069 - https://sam.gov/opp/025e5f817c24498ca9e2decfd0a65cc4/view / W9126G24R0118 - https://sam.gov/opp/56c38ee881744ccf8fe22105197f7eb6/view PROJECT: Regional MATOC for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Vertical Construction Services for the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection for Border Patrol Facilities to support the Fort Worth District, Southwestern and South Pacific Division along the Southern Borders of CA, AZ, NM, and TX. For non-DHS programs and/or customers this MATOC will be utilized within SWDs boundary.

DESCRIPTION: A complete description of work for each specific project will be provided in the technical specifications for individual task orders.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Maximum capacity is $1.5B for the entire ordering period made of a 5 year base and 2 option years. Individual Task Orders shall be Firm-Fixed Price and will not exceed $150M. This is a Full and Open Procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone10% price evaluation. You must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive an award from this solicitation. The SAM website is located at www.sam.gov and is free to use. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, which has a small business size standard of $45M in average annual receipts.
