Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for quotes due. The government is still preparing a response to technical questions from industry. The date for quotes due is now August 1, 2024 at 11:59PM PDT. Another amendment to follow with questions and answers from industry.

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Nevada Army National Guard RTI Internet Dedicated Access Reference RFQ# W9124X-24-Q-0018 Requesting Agency: Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG)

Purchasing Agency: NVARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office 2452 FAIRVIEW DR CARSON CITY, NV 89701 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued.

In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 05/30/2024. 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The Small Business Association (SBA)

Size Standard: Number of Employees - 1,500. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is DG11 - IT and Telecom - Network: Telecom Access Services. Monday, July 22, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

Description: The NVARNG requires dedicated internet service at the NVRANG Regional Training Institute at 6600 Range Road, Las Vegas, NV 89165-1805. Services are currently provided by CenturyLink under a state of Nevada agreement and are transitioning to a federal purchase order under this combined synopsis/solicitation. The NVARNG requires the following:

1. 100 Mbps/ download - minimum 2. 20 Mbps/ upload - minimum 3. Wireless internet access port for Wi-Fi capability Quoted pricing must be included for the base and option years and submitted with the offer:

1. Base Year: The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2025.

2. Option Year 1: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2025 through 31 July 2026.

3. Option Year 2: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2027.

4. Option Year 3: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2027 through 31 July 2028.

5. Option Year 4: Estimated Performance Period 01 August 2028 through 31 July 2029. Offeror quotes must include all applicable fees - including equipment, e.g., modem(s), router(s), etc. Please see the attachement for additional information including quote requirments and selection evaluation criteria.
