ACC-RSA intends to award a sole-source contract to DS Government Solutions, Corp (Dassault Systemes), 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA 02451-1223 IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The NAICS code is 513210. This requirement is for the purchase of a base and one option year for (4) Licenses of SIMULA/Abaqus CAE Extended; (24) Tokens of SIMULA/Abaqus CAE.

This specific software is required to conduct engineering analysis and assess structural integrity for complex design systems and is compatible with existing model laboratory. Request is for one year with one option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by July 3, 2024 at 230 (P.M) (ET). All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
