The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, has a requirement from the Department of Public Works (DPW) for a Tub Grinder purchase. The Contractor shall provide a Tub Grinder heavy duty, high-capacity machine designed to grind organic material such as logs, limbs, and brush into mulch or biomass. It features a large, rotating tub that feeds material into a hammermill or rotor system for processing. Tub grinders are widely used in land management for their speed, efficiency, and ability to reduce large volumes of debris on-site, minimizing the need for hauling or burning. Must meet Salient Characteristics listed below:

- 2 AXLE FOR NON LOADER 540 HP - AUTO REVERSING FAN - DRUM CUTTING WIDTH 44 INCHES - LED WORKING LIGHTS - AIR COMPRESSOR - MAGNETIC DRIVE PULLEY - CLEATED CONVEYOR BELT - DAMAGE DEFENSE - HYDRAULIC TRAILER JACKS - OWNERS/PARTS/DIAGNOSTIC/MAINTENACE MANUALS - 4HRS OPERATIONAL TRAINING North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 333120 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is 1,250 employees.

The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small businesses Request for Quote (RFQ). Contract award will be made considering price only. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/.

This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid preparation costs. The entire solicitation package will be made available on www.sam.gov website. Request for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website for release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments.
