W9124D26QA206Description: This is a non-personal service contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Polk Panther 2026, as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103, Greater Tampa Bay Area Council, Inc Boy Scouts of America, for 6 BDE JCLC Panther Polk County Schools Tenoroc HS to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command with a period of performance of 1-5 June 2026This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov.
