Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The service being procured is ancillary convention decorator services at the American Optometric Association (AOA) Optometry's Meeting 2025. AOA Optometry requires decorator services including, but not limited to, rental of carpet, carpet padding, accessories and material handling. This requirement supports the US Army Marketing & Engagement Brigade (MEB)/US Recruiting Command (USAREC) public outreach and visibility efforts. The required ancillary services will be provided at the Minneapolis Convention Center, 301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403.
