Out of Band Management

The US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) requests a firm-fixed priced Annual Support Renewal for Out of Band Management (OBM) Cellular Solution Implementation using existing Communication Devices Inc. (CDI) Hardware. This renewal provides out-of-band-management access to remote sites for Recruiting Services Network (RSN) when traditional RSN Wide Area Network (WAN) site-to-site circuits are offline for any reason. The CDI OBM hardware and software support requested will provide support to an existing CDI system. The following support line items are being requested under this procurement action.

Item:

SUP-PRM-EDL Description: 1 Year Premium Software/Firmware Coverage. This line item provides the individual software licenses required for the operation and management for each of the 191 OBM cellular devices.

Item:

CWL 5MB-1 Description: 1Year 5MB AT&T Domestic Service Data Plan. This line item provides a cellular data plan for all OBM cellular devices.

Item:

MNT-PA111R2T Description: 1 Year Hardware Maintenance Coverage. This line item provides hardware support coverage for 1 model PA111R2T OBM cellular device located at HRC.

Item:

MNT-PA155R2T Description: 1 Year Hardware Maintenance Coverage. This line item provides hardware support coverage for 190 model PA155R2 OBM cellular devices located at remote RSN sites.
