Student Talent Acquisition Tool (Handshake)

The Army’s Civilian Human Resource Agency (CHRA) – Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA) – Recruiting & Outreach, requests a new firm-fixed-price contract for three modules of a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform with Stryder Corp, dba. Handshake, 225 Bush Street, Floor 12, San Francisco, CA 94104. The Government projects award for September 2021 and fiscal year 2021, Operations & Maintenance, Army funds will be used.

An acquisition plan is not required because this procurement does not meet the threshold at Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 207.103(d)(i)(B).

The MICC- Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Stryder Corp dba Handshake for student talent acquisition tool services to support the US Army’s CHRA ACCMA with a period of performance of 08 August 2024 through 07 August 2025 and a year option period in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8/ The anticipated award date is 08 August 2024. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov.
