W9124D24Q0186 Description: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide meal services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 200 Cadets from 2-7 June 2024 and lunches for 35 Advance Party Cadre from 30 May – 1 June 2024 The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization) to support the US Army Cadet Command, 6BDE Alabama STEM Camp Wiregrass Meals with a period of performance of 30 May 2024 to 07 June 2024. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov.
