Solicitation: HVAC Repairs and Services - Post Wide

This is a non-personal services contract to provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.

Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide maintenance and repair of HVAC systems for Fort Knox as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

The contractor shall perform to the standards in this Solicitation.

All Services will be performed on/at Fort Knox, KY 40121. AMENDMENT 0001: Solicitation amended to add Paragraph A.17 to the Addendum 52.212-1 AMENDMENT 0002: Solicitation amended to correct the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at 1.5.10, to correct the Contract Specialist's phone in the 52.212-1 Addendum (highlighted), to extend the question and answ er period, and to add an optional site visit on 10 April 2024. AMENDMENT 0003: Amendement 0003 adds DFARS Clause 252.227-7015 (Technical Data--Commercial Products and Commercial Services) to the solicitation.

Amendment 0003 extends the date that the Government will tentatively post answers to the contractor submitted questions (Highlighted in Green).

AMENDMENT 0004:

Amendment 0004 addresses questions from interested vendors, updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS), updates the Technical Exhibits, and updates the Bid Opening date.

AMENDMENT 0005: Solicitation Closing and Bid Open is now on 6 June 2024 at 1:30 PM EDT (Fort Knox Local Time) due to a Command Function.
