CDC SSI Custodial Services

The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Jackson, SC has a requirement to provide custodial services to various buildings and activities located on Fort Jackson, Columbia SC for the Child Development Centers & the Solider Support Institute. The goal is to support mission accomplishment by providing a clean healthy environment for occupants, users, and visitors to facilities identified to receive custodial services under this contract.

To meet this goal close coordination is required between the Contractor and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to efficiently provide Custodial Services while minimizing disruptions to operations within the facilities and meet security requirements.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Offerors/bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. SITE VISIT ARRANGEMENTS The Government will hold an organized site visit to inspect the site where these services are to be performed.

LOCATION: Meet at building 4340 Century Division Avenue (old street name was Magruder Ave)

POC: Faye Jackson (faye.r.jackson.civ@army.mil) and Veronica Murphy (veronica.c.murphy.civ@army.mil) Written notification of attendance shall be received by the Government no later than Friday, February 02, 2024, @ 10:00a.m. to the POCs (KO and CS) identified above. In the written notification, include the Name, Driver’s License Number, and DOB for all personnel attending.
