XRD Instrument Repair

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Bruker AXS LLC. The requirement is to provide Bruker XRD Repairs. The service includes technical support for instrument failures, needed repairs, and covered warranted items. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.501, Only one source reasonably available, exclusive licensing agreements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 17 January 2025, the award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
