Notice of Intent - FXD CrossLab Service Plan

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc. on 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington DE 19808. The requirement is to procure Agilent CrossLab Service Plans to perform annual preventative maintenance and service repair. The NAICS code is 334516. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).

The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 2024. an award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
