Description: The U.S. Government desires to procure an Equipment Maintenance Services, ECC contract on a Women Owned Small Business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to the solicitation with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.

We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.

The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the government, shall provide the personnel, materials, equipment, and any other necessary resources to satisfy the objectives of the requirement as stated in the solicitation and attachments. This contract initiates a service agreement for a base year with four (4) additional one-year option periods.

Fort Campbell ECC Maintenance contract(s) will include maintenance for 911 site/system including Magic-MIS System and Sentinel ALI Software, 911 Vesta Workstation, and Premier One (Computer Aided Dispatching). The North American (NAICS) assigned to this procurement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $34M.
