Please see the solicitation amendment W91247-24-R-9003. Offerors must acknowledge the amendment as they provide a signed copy of SF 30 along with the revised SF 1449 W91245-24-R-9003 P00001. Submitting the previous version of SF 1449 is not required. Please also see the example of a price matrix for the Volume III requirement in accordance with the solicitation instruction.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Liberty (MICC-FL) has received a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to provide an Installation-wide geospatial capability and use that capability to support the daily geospatial business needs of all Garrison Directorates and Support Offices.

Additionally, to provide the collection, information extraction, storage, dissemination, and exploitation of geodetic, geomagnetic, imagery (both commercial and national source), gravimetric, aeronautical, topographic, hydrographic, littoral, cultural, and toponymic data accurately referenced to a precise location on the Earth’s surface.

Geospatial services include tools that enable users to access and manipulate data, and include instruction, training, laboratory support, and guidance for the use of geospatial data. This requirement is set aside to WOSB IAW FAR 19.203 (c) and FAR Subpart 19.15. The Offer due is by 5:00 PM 13 January 2024.
