Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) Solicitation

06MAR25 - Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government responsed to Contractor submitted quesitons and extend the closing date until 20 March 2025 at 4:00PM EST. See attached QA_ACES_06MAR25 and Attachment 1_Performance Work Statement (PWS)_ACES_06MAR25 (TEs are incorporated into PWS) for changes. 18FEB25 - Due date has been extended until 06MAR25. Anticipate posting responses to questions NTL COB 24FEB25.

27JAN25 - Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to post the finalized solicitation. See the attached W91247-25-R-A008. Please note the change in solicitation number from W91247-24-R-0105 to W91247-25-R-A008, this is due to MICC migrating to a new contract writing system.

06NOV2024 - Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 20 January 2025 to allow the Government time to address all contractor submitted questions and finalize the solicitation.

Base Year Period of Performance (POP), to include 2-week phase-in, will be revised to 28 February 2025 through 27 February 2026. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Liberty has a requirement to procure Army Continuing Education Support (ACES) Services for the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). Please see attached DRAFT solictation W91247-24-R-0105_USARC_ACES_22OCT24 (TEs are incorporated into solicitaton) and Attachment 2_Pricing Schedule_USARC ACES.

Please note the finalized solicitation is pending final reviews. Finalized solicitation will be posted with Admendment 0001. Please sumbit all questions to contract specialist, Michael Birney and Contracting Officer, Casey Cambrin by 30 October 2024 4PM EST.
